FAQ

Questions teams ask before turning product visuals into a system

The first release is aimed at fast-moving commerce teams that need launch-ready visuals with less production friction and better channel coverage.

Do I need Photoshop or prompt engineering experience?

No. MoeArc is designed so merchandising, growth, and content teams can start from one product image, pick a direction, and ship campaign-ready variants without learning a complex editing stack.

Can I keep outputs visually consistent across a launch?

Yes. The system is structured around reusable styles, similar scene families, and batch generation so you can scale a campaign while keeping color, lighting, and composition aligned.

What file formats and aspect ratios should I expect?

The first release is focused on common commerce ratios such as 1:1, 4:5, 16:9, and 9:16 so teams can move quickly from PDP to paid, organic, email, and homepage placements.

Can I review multiple concepts before downloading?

Yes. Gallery and result views are built to compare variants, shortlist winners, and then export the scenes that fit a specific launch or channel.

Is MoeArc built only for beauty products?

No. The current landing architecture already supports beauty, beverage, home goods, jewelry, furniture, pet products, and other catalog-driven categories.

What happens when I replace the temporary visuals with my own?

The marketing site is being implemented with a replaceable asset layer, so every borrowed visual can be swapped later without rebuilding the page layouts.
